Metallic glasses were potentially industrial materials due to their excellent properties, such as high specific strength and high corrosion resistance. However, glass-forming ability (GFA) limited their applications greatly. Some key theories and parameters associated with GFA of metallic glasses were reviewed, expecting present new insights and developing bulk metallic glasses.

The paper studied several different volume fraction methanol gasoline’s low temperature anti-separate property and water anti-separate property and identified three different phase separation inhibitor. By changing the addition amount of phase separation inhibitor,the paper studied the methanol gasoline’s low temperature anti-separate property and water anti-separate property again,and compared the results with the raw methanol gasoline, found its optimum adding amount at the stable and uniform situation. So that it can meet the actual production requirements.The results show that the optimum adding amount is 4%(Volume).

The methyl methacrylate (MMA) was synthesized by precision microwave organic synthesis system and its single-mode focusing microwave radiation technology, synchronized Pneumatic gas cooling technology. In the experiment, 2-methyl acrylate and methyl alcohol were used as materials, sulphuric acid as a catalyst for esterification, and hydroquinone as a polymerization inhibitor. Under Discover precision microwave organic synthesis system standard mode, the mol ratio of reaction, the reaction power, the reaction time, and other factors were investigated. The experimental results show that the optimal conditions of microwave heating are as follows: The reaction temperature 70 ℃, the ratio of 2-methyl acrylate and methyl alcohol 1∶2, the power 100 W, the reaction time 30 min, the yield 88%.

Using lauric acid and dodecylamine as template, Ti(SO4)2 and NH4VO3 as metal source, a kind of vanadium-titanium mixed oxides mesoporous material with various V/Ti molar ratios was first synthesized in sol-gel method. And then the final product was obtained, after being calcinated, and characterized by XRD and BET. The results indicated that the material is of mesoporous structure. Part of the vanadium incorporated into the material structure, while the rest might remain at the surface of mesoporous pores in the form of V2O5, n(V)/n(Ti) reaching 0.43. Then with the increase of n(V)/n(Ti) the pore diameter increase while the uniformity of the structure decreased. The material exhibited a good catalytic activity in the reaction of benzene hydroxylation.

The analytical method for antimony element in nickle passivator was studied by microwave plasma torch atomic emission spectrometry (MPT-AES). Using microwave plasma torch (MPT) as excitation light source, argon as support and carrier gas, and peneumatic nebulization sampling system. Some experimental parameters, including microwave forward power, flow rate of carrier gas and support gas, oxygen shield pressure, effect of acid, coexistence ions were investigated and optimized. The detection limits was 1.9 μg/L. The recover was in the range of 99.2%~100.3%, and its RSD was 2.10%. The Linear range of the antimony elements was 0.01~100 mg/L. MPT-AES was an effective and practical method for determination of antimony in nickle passivator.

Azelaic acid was synthesized from oleic acid by ozone and hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant jointly. According to the L9 (34) orthogonal form the four factors (including the concentration of hydrogen peroxide, the flow of ozone, different types of tungsten compounds and phase transfer catalyst) on the yield of azelaic acid were investigated under three different conditions. The results show that the yield of azelaic acid Is up to 70.0% under the following condition: oleic acid 20 g, 30% hydrogen peroxide solution 60 mL, phosphotungstic acid hydrate 0.6 g, CTAB 0.5 g, the concentration of Ozne 4 000 mg/m3. The reaction mechanism of azelaic acid synthesis was also studied, and found that •OH is an important reactant.

Improving Computing Speed of Genetic Algorithm

In the network planning , introducing genetic algorithm improves accuracy and efficiency of network optimization.The slow computing speed is an obvious deficiency of genetic algorithm , which influences directly application effect of the algorithm .A method to solve the problem was proposed through analyzing the reason and mechanism of influencing computing speed of genetic algorithm.Experiments prove that the method is correct and effective .According to experiment results, factors to influence computing speed of genetic algorithm mainly relates to size of search space , select mechanism of paternal chromosome in the process of evolution , partial optimization accumulation resulted from crossed computation, and handling of invalid chromosome during evolution. Accordingly , search space is decreased by adopting restrict mechanism of problem space ;paternal chromosome is selected through dramatic threshold value ;through adopting roulette method for selection and adding optimum reserved strategy , diversity of colony is kept to break partial optimization accumulation, the optimum individual is insured to enter the next generation directly ;circular number is reduced through applying revised strategy to handle the invalid chromosome , and at the same time , diversity of samples is increased and partial convergence is avoided.Thus, the efficiency of network optimization is improved .
